Welcome to my instructional design portfolio! I’m an adaptable, goal-oriented instructional designer who values collaboration, inclusivity, and creative problem-solving. I enjoy working with teams to build meaningful learning experiences and am passionate about helping people grow and reach their potential.
I enjoy planning, organizing, and turning ideas into clear, effective learning solutions. With a background in teaching, I’m skilled at understanding learner needs, structuring content thoughtfully, managing timelines, and designing instruction that truly supports understanding and retention. My training philosophy centers on creating relevant, engaging, and learner-focused experiences that maximize learning potential.
My path into instructional design wasn’t planned—but it felt like a natural fit. After years in the classroom, I knew I was ready for a change that would allow me to grow creatively and professionally. Enrolling in the Applied Instructional Design Academy introduced me to instructional design and revealed a genuine passion for creating engaging learning experiences. I found it to be a natural extension of the creativity I had long used to design engaging classroom materials.
Services
End-to-End Instructional Design — I manage projects from analysis through evaluation to create meaningful, effective, and measurable learning experiences aligned with organizational goals.
Course Design — I analyze performance needs, define clear learning objectives, and create design documents and storyboards that provide a structured roadmap for development. This approach ensures training is intentional, well-organized, and focused on solving real workplace challenges before production begins.
E-Learning Development — I design engaging, learner-centered courses in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, integrating scenarios, interactions, and knowledge checks that support real-world application. These tools allow me to create visually appealing, accessible, and interactive learning experiences that keep learners engaged while meeting business objectives.
Training Strategy & Evaluation — I help organizations plan how learning will be delivered, measured, and improved over time. Using frameworks such as ADDIE and the Kirkpatrick Model, I design assessments, gather feedback, and recommend refinements that lead to meaningful behavior change and measurable performance results.

The one thing everyone will say about me: I love sports. I like watching sports, and I even play in a flag football and a volleyball league.
I love to travel and go on adventures whenever I get the chance! This picture was taken in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
